Week 1 Intro

Welcome to the Inner MAP Project Wellness Journey course. I am so excited to have you. This week, you will be learning more about yourself so that you begin this journey with a strong foundation in who you are and what makes you tick.

Start by watching the "Intro to Mindfulness" video to learn about the relationship between the nervous system, yoga/physical activity and mindfulness.

Next, download the Wellness Journey workbook, read the first few pages of the workbook, and complete the "Before You Begin" and "SMART Goals" pages.

Finally, review the Mindful Listening and Victorious Breath recordings to learn your mindfulness activities for the week.

Each day, you are encouraged to complete one of the mindfulness activities, 20-minutes of physical activity (it can be the yoga video or something else), and the journal question for the day. If you miss a day, no big deal!
